Jorge Bonce was great, very professional. As soon as HomeAdvisor contacted him, he called me. He was the only one that called. The fees were very reasonable so we agreed to do business. In my situation I needed an appraisal right away as I am trying to settle a trust. Mr. Bonce, did the appraisal within 3 days of our conversation. I could not be happier with the services provided. Mr. Bonce communicated with me throughout the process. I live in California and this property is in Miami Beach, so it is difficult to work and coordinate anything from a distance, however, Mr Bonce made this process so smooth that it felt that I was in Florida. I would definitely recommend Metro Area Residential Appraisals, Inc. and would use them again if the need ever arose. Hands down a great experience.
