The appraiser was very kind and personable at a difficult time in my life. I was getting ready to sell my recently departed mothers home. I was there from another state and he took that into consideration, moving up the initial date of his inspection and providing me with a number quickly so that I could go ahead and meet with a realtor before having to leave the area.

Appraiser come out within 48 hours and took extra time to go over items that impact a final appraisal value. Mike was very professional and helpful. The appraisal was a little more costly than other quotes but feel it was done well.
