Ernie and his team from Metro Boston Plumbing are life savers. After nearly a year of a nightmare bathroom rehab project in which a previous plumber had made numerous mistakes...we found Ernie. He was extremely professional, courteous and most importantly corrected initial rough in mistakes, and finished installing shower fixtures, baseboard heaters and sink in one bath and fixed leaks in second bath. In every step he explained his plan carefully and executed correctly. I only wish we had found him sooner.

Little high in price but worth it

Ernie is a professional plumber who knows his stuff . Very friendly and installed a new gas wall oven with no difficulty. I recommend him and would use him again for future projects.

I had a gas dryer hooked up. Ernie is a master plumber and was courteous and professional. He arrived timely and performed quality work. I appreciated his attention to detail. He put on protective slips on his shoes prior to entering my home and cleaned up all debris after performing the work. He was friendly and informative and ensured that the dryer gas line was secure and double checked it for me. I will definitely hire him again in the future.

Ernie was very professional from the get go. He was willing to work around the delivery schedule of my appliances, and that was a big plus. Ernie was knowledgable, patient (he knew he would have to wait a bit), well mannered and kind. I would definitively hire him again : ))

Ernie was flexible and came just when we needed so we could cook our Easter Sunday dinner when we had to suddenly replace our stove. I would call him again and recommend him to others.

Very flexible and professional.

Ernie Bernardo came to my home to replace the pump in my dishwasher. I was very impressed with this young mans professionalism. He was prompt, polite, and extremely personable. The job is completed and I am very pleased with the service and price. I will definitely hire him for future projects.

Recommended with minor reservations. Our job was a straightforward (no complications) replacement of a built-in dishwasher. The work was done in professional manner, the workman did a thorough clean up, had a good attitude and did no damage. I will mention, he was over an hour late to the appointment which I think was inevitable (and therefore poorly planned) given the location of the previous job, the time of day (start of rush hour) and typical traffic patterns for our area. However, he was responsible and did call to let us know. My only point of dissatisfaction was the value for the money. We paid at the high end of the range for the work which, while done properly, was not rocket science or especially time consuming.

I ended up hiring Ernie for a different project from the one HomeAdvisor recommended him for. He was able to give me a quote and start the job very quickly. He was friendly to work with and did a good job.

Ernie is very personable and was a godsend with trying to deal with a difficult tenant. The tenant does not want anyone coming into her apartment to do repairs and Ernie had the right personality to deal with this tenant and get the job done! He did a very nice job with the window install and I plan on hiring him again.

After my other contractor dropped out, I needed someone to install an over-the-range microwave on short notice. Ernandes was able to complete the project the same day and even worked after hours to complete the job. The result was great and he was awesome about sending me pictures of the completed work as well as sending me a prompt invoice. In addition, he charged me a normal rate for the job. I would definitely recommend!

Ernandes came to the appt on time. He happily answered all the questions I had for him. He worked efficiently and quickly without sacrificing quality. We will be using his services for future home projects that we have planned.

Ernie was an absolute delight to have install our microwave. He is so professional, on time and goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are happy with the job. He offered to take out the trash and clean up any mess made from the installation and would have also disposed of our old microwave had we still had this! Well above what I expected. Thanks Ernie.
