Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
Installation went very well. The guys were very good and fast. Timeing was off...need to make adjustment in that area.

Wood Flooring - Refinish
Cost effective. Floor looks great. However, there was a small problem with color getting on a part of the wall, after speaking with Evan (the owner of Metro Carpet and Flooring,) he agreed to come back to my home and fix the problem. I haven't heard from him since.

Wood Flooring Repair or Partial Replacement
The finished product did turn out nice. I was disappointed that I contracted with Evan and then he handed the job over to other workers that were not supervided. When I did tell Evan I wanted him on the project he did drop everything and the project did get completed nicely. Next time I will know to ask if he was the one going to do the work from the start. He did do a nice job.

He arrived about an hour late for his appointment and spent about 2 and half hours stretching my carpet. I would say he was 90% effective in accomplishing the job. He was pleasant and industrious and I would hire him again.

Wood Flooring - Refinish
Excellant workmanship on my hardwood floors and moulding. Within two days "Daniel" removed my old hardwood floors and replaced and refinished the floors. I have shown my new floors to all of my family members and I am very happy with their service.

Metro Carpet did not show up. I called them and they had the wrong day scheduled. My husband was in the hospital and I needed them when I scheduled them He showed up 6 hours late amd was constantly on the phone. He was supposed to return at 8:30 a.m. He didn't show until after 11:00. I had to go to the hospital. when I returned it looked like he left right after I did. My furniture was still dirty there was little papers on the floor and dirt along my floor boards. I was very upset. I wanted my house to be nice and clean before my husband returned from the hospital and it wasn"t plus I paid them $500.00. Unhappy client.
