Paul, Jeff, and Jeremy are true professionals who have great expertise in installation of HVAC units. They installed a new unit a my home a few days ago, and they did an outstanding job. They worked as a team to ensure that the unit was installed correctly, and running smoothly. Paul responds to his customers in timely manner. He made sure that the system was registered so I received the proper warranty. Jeff and Jeremy are two technicians who have great expertise in HVAC installations. The crew were meticulous and paid attention to details that pertained to the installation, My hat is off to Jeff and Jeremy because the furnace was a daunting task , but they made it looked easy to remove and install. Paul is a person who took time out to answer my difficult questions before, during, and after installation. After numerous estimates and reviews, Metro Climate Systems and Refrigeration was my choice. So far, I'm pleased with the job that Paul and his team did. I enjoyed my time with Paul and his technicians because they communicated with me during the whole installation process. Paul thanks for the professionalism you have shown me and my wife , and we look forward in working with you in the future. Please keep up the good work, and keep those good technicians because they have the experience and expertise to get the job done.

the contractor was very good, there were more problems than thought when I contacted him and he fixed them all the same day at a reasonable price.

I had originally called him just to check on a quote I got from another service provider to see if it was reasonable. He managed to give me a much more reasonable quote saving me money. Replacing the compressor the very next day after quoting and checking the job out. Paul is a godsend and I will definitely be taking all of my HVAC needs to his company and recommending him to anyone who needs work done. He has made a customer for life.

I have never been harrassed for payment before. Bill was paid in less than 2 weeks. Owner left numerous phone messages about payment. I paid 187.00 for a service call and a 12.00 part that did not fix the problem. Made sure I used a repair service that would invoice me net 30. Had the condenser fan replaced cheaper than I was charged for a capacitor replacement.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!"

I appreciate that they called me quickly after I located them on Home Advisor and were willing to come out immediately. They stayed until the work was completed, even when there were some complications and the weather was threatening. I would definitely recommend them!

Excellent communication from return of initial call, to when he would arrive. Very nice, and feel he can be trusted, and honest with repair. Will definitely use again if and when needed.

Courteous fast and very professionak

Good work and professional demeanor. Cost deviated from what was discussed on the telephone, so need to be very clear on all charges if arranging service. Still, I consider the work very well done.

Paul sent Blake to my house after hours to fix my ac so visiting grandkids could sleep that hot August night. He explained the problem and repaired it right away. He came back as scheduled the next week to perform a thorough check of the system. Very professional, friendly, helpful, and dependable. Highly recommended company.

Very personable, knowledgeable and friendly visit. I was shown where I was experiencing a problems and shown how it was to be repaired. I was given a card to contact if additional services were needed.

could not ask for anyone better

The only reason I wouldn't give this company 5 stars is that it was a little disconcerting when the young man showed up the first day with no markings on his vehicle or clothing and really only the equipment bag to mark him as a professional. Otherwise, I was very happy with the outcome! It took two visits to get a complete resolution, but my A/C was back online after the first, so I was very thankful!

Received a quote from a company that was recommended by a friend which was $3750 to replace compressor, coils, ect, in the existing AC unit I asked for a quote to replace the unit and the old Rheem furnace. He told it would be double his quote for the repair. Home Advisor gave me a list of companies in the area and Paul at Metro was one of the first to call. He promptly went to the house and assessed the equipment. He sold me an Amana heat pump unit and installed it when he said he would, It works great cooling and is quiet and cost effective.

We had received another quote and was going to go with another company when my daughter a realtor, recommended we call Paul prior to settling with the other company whom we used previously. Paul came out, did an estimate, mentioned things the other company failed to mention, was more thorough and I felt like we were getting not only a better price, service a week sooner than the other company, but a better quality. One of the best professionals I've dealt with in the 18 years we have owned our home.

Fast, friendly, great work. Will call him for anything from now on. Was thinking we would have to go all summer with no air. Thanks Paul!
