Large tree branch fell from neighbors yard and crunched corner of house !! Metro responded within the hour and we set up for next day repair...pulled up next day and he had 4 man crew already repairing and replacing rafters, completing job before the everyday rain hit us and the work completed was top notch. I hired this company based on Home advisor positive reviews. We agreed on a price. The work crew did a very good job. They did perform additional repairs which were needed. I took issue with the cost of additional work and my previous revied reflected my dissatisfaction. The company reached out to me and we negotiated a new price. I'm satisfied.

This company responded quickly, evaluated the situation on first site visit, and returned to complete the work in a friendly and professional manner. They also recommended other small projects that could be dealt with quickly and easily.
