They did a great job of cleaning up, for the most part. They careful of my plants around the house. It is now a year later, the insulation is definitely helping my house to stay cooler.

Metro is not a state licensed contractor nor is it turning in tax money collected for the state. The said they are under investigation. THey bid work and then hires a contractor to preform the work. I accepted their bid then encountered project delays after the work was completed he raised the rate by 9 percent to offset the busy season in his words.then to find out he did not measure the job correctly and the contractor who preformed the work was requiring additional money.its similar to you taking you car to one auto shop who then takes to another shop for repairs then they demand more money. What reputable company performs this type of work. I was told by homeadvisors they have no control over who is on their site. Be warned

I collected multiple bids and the best by far came from Metro Detroit Insulation. The in-home consultation was just that: a discussion about what I needed and what I didn't need with no attempt to sell me something I didn't need or the sales rigmarole. In fact, when I asked about certain options I was told that I probably didn't need it and that I should wait and see - it would cost no more to do it at a later date. That kind of honesty and respect is greatly appreciated. The crew were all friendly and professional. They protected the floors and cleaned up thoroughly. The finished job was shown and explained to me, and all my questions were answered. Last but not least, the job was completed before schedule. I wish every contractor was so wonderful to work with.

I received 3 bids for blown cellulose attic insulation, and Metro Detroit Insulation was significantly cheaper using the same quality product. The Installation crew arrived on time and were very professional. They protected my carpeting with plastic throughout the traffic area, installed the product, cleaned up and were gone in around two and a half hours. I have noticed a huge difference in noise reduction, my home cools quickly and maintains the temperature much longer. My only regret is not getting this done sooner. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Be prepared to be impressed! Outstanding contractor and experience. Trevor is responsive and has great customer service. He also followed up with me after the project was completed to make sure I was totally satisfied. He is professional as well as personable. I highly recommend and definitely would use again.
