They charge $90 just to come to your house and give a spiel on their services and try to sell you a generac, then have a flat rate on top for any service. $171 to change 1 breaker, $258 to diagnose anything. This place is a ripoff. Don't use unless you know you have longer than a one to two hour job. Then you'll get your moneys worth.

Highly recommend! Everything was as expected, good price, good people, and a the best installation of a whole house generator the inspectors from my city had ever seen. Rick and Alex (I think) were excellent, and the generator worked perfectly two weeks after install when my power went out on Christmas Eve!!!

Just know the dispatch service fee is in addition to the cost of parts & labor. I needed repair fast and they were here within an hour and Adam was great plus they gave me credit for their current Groupon. Will call them again when needed.
