Metro Flooring & Interior Design, LLC

We love our new kitchen. Susan exceeded our expectations. She gave us great ideas during the design phase that we adopted. The work was performed timely and with high quality. Susan ensured we were completely satisfied before completion. Highly recommend.

Great job.

I recently had my kitchen remodeled, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Susan and her team was professional, punctual, and extremely detailed orient. She took the time to understand my vision, offered helpful recommendations, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. The cabinets are truly impressive. Everything from the floors to the countertops and lighting was installed with precision and care. They maintained a clean workspace throughout the project and kept me updated regularly, which made the process smooth and stress-free. What stood out the most, was Susan‘s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. They didn’t rush any part of the remodel, and it shows. My kitchen is modern, functional, and absolutely stunning. Friends and family can’t stop complementing the transformation. I highly recommend Susan’s company to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled and customer focused remodeling company. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I have wanted a new kitchen for some time, now I have one. It will take some getting use to, over all I like it. I love the look and function of the cabinets. The cabinet installers were great. If given the opportunity, I would have made some selections and placement decisions that are more relevant to how I like to work in the space. The appliance company recommended is excellent! The sales person was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with recommendations. He even took into consideration the various handles on the appliances, providing a cohesive finished look. The after sales team is also excellent and customer service oriented. Some of the contractor work team are more experienced than others. However, when issues were identified, they were resolved for delivery of a good finished product. For detail oriented customers such as myself, I'd suggest you set the pace, ask questions early and often and require clarity, it would be best to finalize all detail before the work starts.

My wife and I had an awesome experience with Metro Flooring & Interior Design. The owner and design consultant Susan was highly knowledgeable and capable when it came to meeting our expectations for remodeling. She made wonderful suggestions and added her own signature touch. The professionals that did the work are the best! We are so happy to have chosen Metro Flooring & Interior Design to do the remodeling of two bathrooms, the kitchen and one bedroom. My wife and I feel we are in a brand new home.

Metro Flooring and Interior Design, LLC did a total redesign and remodel on my kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and living room. As part of the remodeling project, the electrical panel was updated, recessed lighting was installed throughout, installation of crown molding, painting of living room, dining room, hallway, and bedroom, and new hardwood flooring in these areas was accomplished. Susan and her very competent and expert construction crew transformed my 1970's kitchen and bathrooms into 21st century space worthy of an "Architectural Digest" article. Susan took the time to learn who I was before designing the space and selecting wall colors and recommending bathroom tile and design. She kept me informed of the project's progress every step of the way and checked on the construction crew frequently and on me daily. Her construction team are true craftsmen and are extremely knowledgeable of their craft. All pieces of the project were completed in the time frame presented and at the prices quoted. Susan's project management skills are to be commended! All this work, including electrical panel upgrade and heavy up, as well as demolition, and construction was completed in 4 weeks - Unbelievable!! Never seen this much work coordinated and performed in such a reasonable time period and meet all of the project's stated time frames. Everyone on the various teams working on this project were courteous and professional and treated me and my home with the upmost respect. Everything selected for the renovation was done with care and consideration and materials used was of extremely great quality. I am very happy with the cabinets, granite counters and back splash, under cabinet lighting, double sink, fixtures, crown molding, paint colors, workmanship -- Everything!!! So glad I met Susan and her colleagues from Metro Flooring and Interior Design, LLC, as well as her construction/renovation team of professionals. I will be using this company again and again for all future projects. Thank you, Susan, for a wonderful uneventful experience and for your expertise, patience and kindness.

Metro Flooring and Design did an outstanding job on my home improvement project. I especially like that they are a one-stop shop. The new flooring, lighting and paint make my house look updated and upscale. Susan and her team are very professional and their quality of work is exceptional.

Susan and team were efficient and professional, she came in and listened to your ideas and ran with it from there. Her team worked daily to complete the work within the time said. I would recommend this company. I am very happy with the results.

The job started back in April; it is not complete and it is extremely poor customer service; the Service Professional who is not professional and who threw my dishwasher without a permission, makes excuses for mistakes and I just want my kitchen finished.

My overall experience with Metro Flooring & Interior Design was absolutely awesome! The contractors were all incredibly nice and so professional.

Metro Flooring and Design transformed my 20 year old kitchen to a beautiful cover book kitchen. The new recess lights that were added now compliments the new cabinets, granite, dishwasher, double sink and enlarged pantry. Susan was on point with her suggestions and visiting her showroom assisted in our decision on the touch and feel of the materials. The colors we selected made the kitchen â popâ and we have received many inquiries on who provided the craftsmanship. They also sanded, stained and polished our wood flooring to almost brand new. The workers had certain specialties that met or exceeded our requirements with a warranty of their work. Mr. Josephâ s work ethics and the quality of work was remarkable. Susan checked each step once or twice a day on the entire project and called each evening to check on the results and answer any questions or follow-up. The timeline that she projected was met and was completed. Customer service was excellent with this small company! We will keep their number for the next major home project.

This has been a wonderful experience and with the design help from Ms. Susan my kitchen has been totaling transformed to an updated beautiful place to enjoy meals with my family. I have new cabinets, appliances, and floors. The installers were on time, and cleaned daily before leaving. One worker in particular (Joseph) OMG was WONDERFUL!! He came every day and worked the entire time. I am thankful pleased and will be using again.

Working with Metro Flooring & Interior Design was a great experience from start to finish. The company did a wonderful job of transforming my old kitchen into an oasis, in addition to a paint job, and installing a new floor in my living and dining room in a very short time (i.e., less than 9 days altogether). In view of my hectic work schedule, it would have been impossible either to manage different contractors or to undertake a time-consuming project to renovate the entire kitchen, paint etc. However, it was reassuring to work with the owner Sosena (aka Suzan) who is great at her craft, cared for quality work, and took her profession seriously. I highly recommend Metro Flooring & Interior Design, and I'm pretty sure I will be back to use their services again in the near future.

She is very pushy and very controlling . She did not want to listen to what i wanted or how i wanted things done

Metro Flooring & Design LLC remodeled my kitchen and did an excellent job. The employees were timely, professional, and the project was completed within the specified time frame. I would utilize Metro Flooring & Design again and recommend them to family and friends.

Customer service were excellent. I would definately recommend this company.

I had vinyl plank flooring installed in my basement, a few weeks ago and I am completely satisfied! Miguel came to my house on a Sunday morning just to suit my schedule. He was very professional, informative, polite, and straightforward. We worked out a plan that was to our liking and gave us a great price. The guys came over that Tuesday and completed the job in no time! My floor looked great and they did a terrific job! Miguel was just a phone call away when I had questions afterwards about taking care of the floor. He was polite and comforting in answering my questions. I will be calling them again when we decide to redo our upstairs floors. Nothing but high praise and I highly recommend this company. Great job Miguel!

I had a good experience with Metro Flooring & Interior Design, LLC.

They provided us with wonderful and much needed insight to everything about our project. Susan is great and I highly recommend them for ANY project you need done. Extremely professional! They can t be beat!!!

My wife and I decided to remodel our kitchen and agreed that its cost would not exceed the cost of a mid-sized kitchen. We actively interviewed several contractors based upon our visit to the local home improvement remodeling show. Metro Flooring and Interior Design was a company that impressed us from the very start. The representative, Ms. Susan Yirga, met us and was very attentive to our needs and requirements. She was able to bring to fruition our dream kitchen within our allocated budget. The Metro Flooring and interior Design team of professionals were easy to work with, in addition to providing outstanding customer service. We will surely consult this company for our next bathroom-remodeling project and recommend them highly.

Very creative offered new ideas.

Susan provided outstanding design and technical expertise in planning and executing our flawless kitchen remodeling project. We are ecstatic with the results! I have worked with several home improvement contractors in the past. I can say without question that Susan and her team provided the best service by far. From the inception, Susan provided expert consultation to assist us in planning our kitchen remodeling. Not only did she actually correct the detrimental misinformation we heard from other contractors we met with previously, but she further used her exquisite instincts and eye for design to recommend options that were perfect for our personal style and budget. In addition, Susan expertly coordinated the work of her team of extremely professional installers, ensuring that our job was completed in an efficient and timely manner. Finally, she surprised us with added complimentary amenities to thank us for our business and seal our satisfaction with the work. I highly recommend Metro Flooring & Interior Design, LLC, and look forward to using them again for our future projects.

The guys were wonderful, however they ran my cc for final payment without doing a walk through to make sure I was happy and I'm still waiting for a receipt....

Excellent work, however the one complaint I had was site cleanup.

Susan and her team renovated our outdated kitchen and brought it into the 21st century!! Her vision and execution of our new master bath is nothing less than amazing!!! We will definitely be calling her again!!
