"We install wood floors in this home owners house and gave cleaning instruction according to the manufacture. When we went by to inspect the flooring and ask what they were cleaning it with they replied water and a mop. It was explain after the installation that you cannot clean wood floors with water but the home owners mother insisted it was ok because she does it on her floors. One year later of cleaning the floors with water and a mop the floors are ruined do to their own doing. We are truly sorry this happened but we did give them the proper cleaning procedure and the current condition of the floor is Not the result of Metro Flooring."

Diann called me right away where no other company did. Beacause of her caring voice and understanding my problem, I felt didn't need to look any further. An appointment was set, flooring decided on and a start date set. The crew was on time each day and answered each question I had.They did such a ggood job, I wanted to give them each a tip. I would hire them for all of my flooring needs.

Meeting Tony, Diane and Jaiber after moving here from Illinois was a Godsend. They not only do amazing work but their customer service is the best that my family has ever experienced! Tony took all my calls (and there were many) and even gave me his cell number while he was on vacation for anything that might come up. I wasn't totally sold on the vinyl plank flooring and Tony and Jaiber assured me that it would be beautiful and boy is it. For those of you looking for a flooring company look no further because Metro Flooring is by far THE BEST!

It is a lovely family who owns this and they go that extra mile to provide service and satisfaction. They were genuine and thoughtful and followed the process to the end, maintaining contact and asking if there was anything they could do better. They also provided information about the products and did not leave any surprises. They are the best service providers that I've encountered in the past 10 years as we have worked on our home. I would use them again in a second.

I hired Metro Flooring to rip out and re-install a botched tile installation performed by a company by the name of BA Wagner. Metro Flooring provided a fair price to remove and re-install the tile according to manufacturer's specs and guidelines, which is what BA Wagner did not do. They performed the work professional, on-time and within budget. The result is a beautiful floor that my wife and I are happy with!

Metro Flooring did an awesome job. They were helpful and accomodating during the selection process. Once we selected our floors they moved quickly to start the job. Their installers were professional, got in, did a quality job and left the work area in perfect condition. My new wood floors look awesome. I would highly recommend Metro Flooring and will certainly contact them for my next flooring project.

After specifically expressing my time constrants the day before the install was to begin, I recieved a call from Metro for a last minute change in installers! When the installer arrived he was not informed of the job description so was not prepared to start on the scheduled day, which was Friday 13! No call, no show on sunday after I was explicitly told to expect them at 8am on sunday! Did not use proper leveling materials or equipment! During demolition broke holes with a jack hammer in my concrete floor and gave me trouble to patch with proper materials! Gave me trouble to level my floor!

The Bertalan family are great at what they do, and the craftsmanship of their trade is a direct reflection of the character of the individuals who own the business. In everything they have done for me the have truly been above and beyond, and without a doubt they will forever be my "go-to" business for flooring. I say "business" but honestly, it felt like family when I was working with them. Definitely check them out!

We purchased flooring from another company and needed to have it installed. Tony from Metro Flooring was extremely helpful, knowledgable and provided great service at a great price. His installers did a terrific job and were able to provide creative solutions to some flooring challenges with my old house. The installers also installed the baseboards after putting down the flooring and it all looks fantastic. They also did a wonderful job cleaning the floors after all their work was finished. I�ll be contacting Tony again if I ever have flooring needs in the future.

We would recommend Metro Flooring to anyone looking to purchase flooring and having it professional installed. Tony at Metro was great to work with. Very personable & honest. We had gotten a quote from another popular flooring company and Metro Floor beat the price by $220.00.
