Contractor took my deposit back in April and till this day he has not installed my shower enclosure or returned my money, he has had excuse after excuse.

Metro glass did a nice and quick job fixing the balance of our windows so the windows would lock properly. However scheduling was difficult and I had to contact Metro when appointments were late or no shows. Happy with the work however slightly irritated with the scheduling/ rescheduling process

My appointment was rescheduled with only three hours notice to the next day, it took a week to get the glass replaced and a second attempt was made to reschedule my appointment after the worker was already an hour later than estimated after rescheduling

Very friendly, experienced, cost-effective. My project had a time constraint on it, and they did their best to meet my deadline. The only thing I would say is that I had to text him a couple of times to follow up about things, but he was always quick to respond. I would definitely hire them again if needed.
