Metro just replaced the heating/AC in my condo. Everyone I dealt with at Metro was professional, friendly and obviously well qualified. The installers, Cory and Phillip, treated our home as if it was theirs, and worked out some unexpected challenges creatively and successfully. I recommend Metro without reservation.

When scheduling the service call I was given a time frame from noon to 3pm that day. Service tech called 5 minutes in advance to give me a heads up regarding his expected arrival time, I missed the call but he left a very professional voicemail that I could understand clearly. He showed up at my door at the very beginning of the time period - 12:00. Service was professional, efficient, and effective. All expectations were met or exceeded. Great company to work with.

Very happy with the service and speed of replacing my furnace. Mike and Jacob were out first thing in the morning and were very courteous and considerate. They were all business and did a fine job and left no mess. I would very definitely recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
