After chasing a Pepco rebate for more than a year, and being frustrated by changing requirements, (including a last-minute home prep requirement that I remove everything from at least 3-ft from the basement perimeter), I contacted Metro Insulation. Within two weeks, Fabian and his crew sealed and insulated my attic and basement rim joists. No, I didn't get the Pepco rebate, but even without the rebate saved a bundle! They do great work.

Fabian was extremely professional. Great customer service. Arrived early. He involved me during every phase and we both inspected the work as it was being conducted and when each phase was completed. They worked fast and completed the job sooner than expected. Kept the area clean while they worked.

Fabian was incredibly friendly and professional. He and his crew showed up 15 min early. They were courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

Fabian called me personally after I submitted a request on HomeAdvisor. We had just moved in to our house in 99 degree heat with a broken AC and we just wanted our attic insulated FAST. We almost signed a contract with a big name spray foam company out of desperation, but Fabian explained that we would be paying astronomically for overhead and that spray foam wasn't necessarily appropriate for our space. He was at my door within 30 minutes of the call to provide an estimate and was able to come out 6am the NEXT morning. Fabian's team got the job done in 2-3 hours for under half the price. His team's attention to detail was very impressive- they even sealed our attic panel and fixed the trim that had been knocked down by the spray foam salesman! It's still super hot outside so we've only noticed a very small difference so far, but we are really glad Fabian called and talked us into going with Metro Insulation.

He let me go through and place back what I wanted. Despite how small appeared meant world to me. I would highly recommend this company. wondered why waited so long . Fabian was very involved day one and made sure I had a chance to review everything each step of the way. The work was done quickly but effectively and he made sure everything was done to the utmost quality. He was able to come within a couple days of our first discussion and I'd certainly recommend him to anyone who needs insulation!

I called Metro Insulation LLC for an estimate and owner Fabian got me scheduled in quickly, was very thorough with explaining the project and had great customer service. Once I decided to work with Metro we set a date and they arrived and did the job promised and than some. Fabian noticed a tear in one of my ducts and promptly sealed it fixing something that several HVAC teams missed. I am writing this from my cool and comfortable bedroom! Fabian was excellent to work with. He started by getting a clear understanding of the task and our expectations. Unlike other companies who contacted us, was not trying to sell us more than we needed. He was very professional in explaining his proposal. The work was completed efficiently and on time. In sum he did a great job and was professional and courteous throughout.

You should not undertake an insulation project without including Fabian Makani (the owner of Metro Insulation) on the list of contractors you talk with. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and does not do a "hard sell." After talking with three contractors about installing new insulation in our attic, we chose Metro. Everything from beginning to end was handled well -- the estimate, the scheduling, and the work. Fabian, who supervised the project, arrived exactly on schedule, did an excellent job, explained everything along the way, and the job was very reasonably priced. Fabian and his company have my highest recommendation.

Fabian did a great job of making this job as easy as possible. He worked around my work schedule for both the estimate and completion of the job. The price was right. He and his helper protected my floors and cleaned up the debris from the blown in insulation. I am very pleased with his work.

Fabian and Jose were excellent to work with. They were professional, punctual, polite, efficient and very reasonable costwise. It was a difficult job in a precarious space, but they did it without complaint.

I was impressed with Fabian's detailed explanation of the work to be done at the initial interview. He did the work with one crew member, and they were prompt, efficient, respectful. Fabian gave me the opportunity to view my "before and after" attic so I could see that they had done everything as originally discussed. The cleanup was swift and thorough. I recommend Metro Insulation without reservation.

I enjoyed working with Fabian, the owner. He listened to my concerns and addressed each and every one of them in detail. He comes out to the job site to make sure that everything discussed is addressed. He actually did the work himself along with Jose. Pricing was fair as compared to another quote I received. Mr. Fabian was outstanding to deal with. He responded quickly. Inspected our attic thoroughly, explained in great detail what he saw, and what he would recommend . Our home is 30 years old and only had insulation as called for at that time. He and is crew arrived on time, explained the process as the work was being done and even was kind enough to use my camera to make a photographic record for me. It was great having the owner of the company on the project as it was being done. Highly recommend Mr. Fabian.

What more can be said about Fabian? He is a very kind and honest man. He was prompt and courteous. He answered all of my questions and explained everything very well. He did a walk through during the estimate and noted other problems that weren't directly related to the insulation job. He came in at a competitive price also. During the job Fabian was on site the whole time to ensure that everything was done to his standard and done well. After the job was done they cleaned up everything and made it seem like they had never been there. I can not say enough good things about Fabian and Metro Insulation. If I ever have the need for any insulation work again, there is no one else I would call. Thanks again!
