MLC Metro Landscaping and Construction

We hired Jay and his team at MLC to replace our privacy fence, about 350 linear feet. He and his team were very polite, prompt, and did great work. We had a storm just about a week after our installation, a tornado that’s actually took down many older fences and entire trees in our neighborhood. Our fence completely and beautifully withstood the storm, including the gates. We are quite pleased and would recommend Jay and MLC to anyone, and in fact we have!

Jay was very friendly and helpful in deciding the exact details. The fence turned out great!

Contractor came across as fair and honest ;however, he did't complete the job he was contracted and paid for. The length of time MLC took to the job was over 8 weeks and was incomplete. MLC would not return calls that were made by me or Home Advisor's customer service to date. Bottom-line, why would anyone take the risk to hire this contractor to possibly have the same negative experience I did? Now I will have to hire another contractor to finish the job. I recommend to find a contractor who isn't a 1 and done.

I had a great experience working with MC. I was in the process of listing my home when our fence fell in a storm. They accelerated my visit, so I could quickly have an estimated cost and then came the following day for repairs. They were extremely customer-service oriented and just plain kind! Super easy to get a hold of and very responsive to my requests. Excellent value for the money, and great quality of work. I will hire them again and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

They did a good job replacing two wooden posts that were rotten at the bottom. The job was supposed to be done the day before but complications on another job delayed it for a day, so I had to change some plans of my own to accommodate.

They worked till the job was done

Hired MLC to correct drainage problems and replace 8' x 100' cedar fence. They upgraded materials per my request and did the work as scheduled. I think they provided exceptional value for the price they charged.
