The price charged was significantly more than we discussed ahead of time. I could have asked more questions and been more specific. I figured $100 to re-key 3 locks -- I had the existing keys -- which was suppose to make it cheaper. He said one deadbolt was broken (mechanism) --- when I got bill --- It was for $322.

"Thank you for the feedback, Shane. As we discussed yesterday, no one had ever quoted $100. I understand that you 'figured it would be $100'. I am not sure how you calculated that total. Driving a big service van 60 minutes round trip, spending 2 hours onsite, providing and installing new hardware, rekeying 4 locks and cutting 3 keys does not come to $100. Best thing to do when it comes to prices is to ask ahead of time. We do not have hidden fees or surprise our customers with totals. All we ask is that you describe what you would like done and we will gladly provide a total before arriving to avoid any surprises or misunderstandings. Of course, if more work is requested once onsite, then the original quote would be adjusted to include the newly requested work. In your case we waived charges for some of the work done. We showed you the broken deadbolt and you agreed it needed replaced in order to function as a lock. Best of luck to you in your future projects."

"I do not believe I have had the pleasure of serving you. We have no record of ever speaking with you. Is there a possibility that you have us confused with an other company? We give free estimates by phone and leave it up to the customer to decide to hire us or not. Our Dispatchers are not paid commission and do not have any incentive to pressure anyone in to hiring us. You do have my sympathy if an other company tried to push you in to something you were not comfortable with. We simply would not do that. We prefer customers to be happy, if they are our customers or not."

This company was the 1st to respond to my request. It was the least expensive. Jeff was on time. He did not have the type of smart key needed for a spare key for my car. He ordered one, returned in 2 days, programmed it, and gave a discount because of the inconvenience. Jeff was polite, knowledgeable.

Very friendly and curtious service. The rekeying process was done in a timely manner. This was the first time I had had rekeying done but the price seem a little high but, like I said, I don't have much to compare it to. Overall, we were happy with the service.

I cannot state here my experience fully. After some disagreement with the service person, he used extremely offensive expletives. He insulted me. I chose to take the high road and hang up. I did pay for the service. We never met with the service person, everything was over the phone. Horrible experience, and I have hired many people for services.
