They arrived at my home roughly 40 mins after my call (this was a late evening situation) and immediately went to work in beginning the restoration services to my home. Hugo, Daniel and Frank were very professional in assessing the issues and worked quickly to get things under control. They also worked with me in speaking to the insurance company about the damage and next steps to be taken. Metro Mold Mitigation also had recommendations for the repair work and the referred company showed up the next day to perform the needs assessment and also worked with my insurance company. I don't normally write reviews, however, Metro Mitigation went beyond expectations in work and customer satisfaction, my house basement was flooded with sewer water, I contact Metro which came right out to assess the problem, they removed some damaged walls and carpet, sanitize and clean everything. They were so professional and courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, they did an impeccable job. I would absolutely 100% use them again and recommend them to my family and friends. I am very happy with the experience. I had a prompt response from these guys and they helped with cleaning and drying of my basement right away. Really impressed.

The work they did on the mold remediation was amazing & Juanito went above & beyond. The problem is that in the process a pipe was busted and this led to an issue with the water heater. I was told over phone & text they would get it taken care of but no one ever showed or called me to keep me updated. I ended up having to hire someone else to do the work that they should ve done. I couldn t wait any longer for them to make it right. Communication with their customers definitely needs improving.

Absolutely 5 stars! I am extremely sensitive to mold and my body cannot detox it on its own. Plus my son has asthma, so you can image the level of worry knowing I had mold and my need for a very professional and trustworthy contractor. You don t get a second chance at it if it goes wrong. When they tore it open the mold was BAD! I wish I could show a before and after photo of their work. I am confident they contained the contamination. They left the project clean and well mitigated. Don t chance your project on another contractor. Hire William and his team- you won t be disappointed.

Professional and quick

I never thought I’d describe a sewage leak in my basement as “easy” but the guys at Metro made it seem that way. William was great at explaining the process and Marquell was very friendly and always communicated his arrival times and the how/why of what he was going to be doing that day. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, they’ll be the first ones I call!
