Our licensed plumbers are clean, neat and are great at what they do. All employees must pass our background checks and drug tests of people you want in your homes. You We sell service, not hours. Our pricing guide features upfront pricing. This means that with the exception of drain and sewer cabling, you will normally know the cost of our services before we start. Plus, if you have more than one repair done while we're already there, the additional work may be eligible for a reduced price. Our repairs are backed by a one-year labor and parts guarantee on top of our 100% satisfaction guarantee. It's simple, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will re-do the repair for free. If you need equipment replaced or are a member of our Preferred Service Club, the guarantees get even better. Once a plumber comes to your home, they can usually stay and complete the job as quoted. If for some reason, you choose not to have us do the work, there will only be the $39 service call charge.
