They installed a crown fiberglass pool, it was fine for a couple of months and then I noticed water on the ground. They said the leak was not from them, but then this year before I could pour the concrete, I would lose more water in the pool than I could keep. I highed a company to find the leak then he would pay me back for it and never did. they did a s***ty job at doing that, now I have the corner of my house raised up due to the leak and still have not got my electrical system fixed for the pool. To ignore my calls and text I am having to take it to the next level and get the courts involved.

Scott did a great job keeping us informed during the installation process. A few issues getting the last few items taken care of in a timely manner, but they did get everything completed. Pool turned out beautifully and the whole family is enjoying it.

We and out 5 grand kids have been loving the pool. Scott is great and worked with us to get the install we wanted. He worked with Coverstar to integrate an automatic safety cover with the pool, which was mandatory for us. Very fast from signing contract to swimming. Would highly recommend them for your pool install.

Hire them! Scott and his team do an excellent job.I am a former pool contractor and Metro pools installed a very difficult liner for me with no problems. If there was a 10 on this survey ,they would have it. Trust me.

Can't get him to answer the phone to do service call. Liner is coming out and it has only been a few months the light stopped working within 2 months never answer calls or texts.

I LOVE MY NEW POOL!!! Scott and Earl were efficient and professional. They worked extremely fast and I was amazed how fast it was done. The cost was okay I did not like the percentage. But other than that, THANK YOU for a great experience. I would definitely recommend Metro Pools to anyone! Job Well Done!

Scott was great. Kept us informed on where we were with install process and schedule. His install guys were great and did an absolutely awesome job! Would definitly recommend Metro pools. Very happy with our pool. Thanks Scott! :)

Very happy with the work on my pool

the first liner ordered was the wrong measurements. Have not received the second one yet. Sent a Man and his children (under the age of 15) to remove old liner and install new one. He did good work, but the children were yelled at and expected to do the work of an adult. I did not like that at all.
