Mr. Jackson changed my contract several times and did not make the adjustments in the cost. The cost constantly changed which required more money. He refused to use my choices for the project. His one man company was not able to complete the job on schedule. Mr. Jackson refused to accept his own coupon, stating that it was False Advertisement!! Now he doesnt answer his phone because I need him to address a plumbing problem . He charged me extra for plumbing and warranty repairs. Mr. Jackson performed HUD TYPE renovations on my basement and bathroom but my wish was to upgrade. He took advantage of a female senior citizen .

"Ms. C did not want to pay for upgrades she demanded as our team (3 men working on her project to quickly complete as the Covid pandemic was raging last year) We are currently without office staff because of the Covid. Ms. C at the completion of her work was satisfied and we received the final payment with a smile. Metro might add that her home was aged and had needed repairs not included in her contract. Her son and family were involved along with this senior citizen!!"

The job started Feb 14th the project was supposed to finish March 14th and here today the project is not 50 percent complete. I am very disappointed in this Job. No customer should have to go through this. It is a small bathroom and the vanity is only 18 inches wide.

"Delays in job due to unforeseen plumbing issues. (No extra charge) Major portion of job was completed. Working every day! In construction, problems may arise. Extra time is need to complete the job effectively. Completion dates are approximate! Customer happy with end results!"

Both the owner (Mr Jackson) and the project manager (Moises) were absolutely committed to doing a great job, never cutting corners and working closely with us to design and create a beautiful and much safer bathroom for people who wish to age in place. Moises was highly skilled in every area of the remodeling, a very hard worker, and a delight to have in our home. The tile work in the shower and floor are simply beautiful. Our other big plus was that we felt the pricing was very fair and this company highly values honesty. We could not be more pleased with the experience and the outcome!

They performed a great transformation of my bathroom. I don't recognize it. It's so beautiful!! The shower tile and flooring work are magnificent and the frameless glass shower door is gorgeous. Great price!! Easy to work with; good quality products, and wonderful customer service. I am very satisfied!! Jackson and Moses are very professional.

Bathroom tile installation work was excellent. Paint job in bathroom was a little sloppy. Paint job in bedroom was ok, however, some areas were missed. But was fixed on follow. No major construction was required but job completion was over a month overdue. Disappointed that owner /project Manger did not put together a completion punch list and did not do a final inspection to ensure project was completed satisfactorily. Metro did honor warranty. Returned three times to correct minor issues.

"Customer retired procurement manager for government. Expected job to be run like a 15 million dollar government contract. Provided customer with excellent price, work and FHA financing. Overdue completion due a lot to customer availability and special order items. Customer did refer Metro to friend who hired Metro to remodel her bathroom. CONFUSED!"

This group does excellent quality work. I was however a little surprised when they calculated the amount of paint I should purchase; and then later had to ask for more paint money. Although they arranged for me to get their discount on the paint, I wish they would do estimates that include the paint/supplies rather than having the client pay for these items separately.
