Metro did superb work on our roof and were in and out in 2 days after starting on a 1 story 2400sqft home in Palm Harbor while other houses in the neighborhood took days w/ other roofers. Done in July of 2009. It's now 2011 and we have no complaints/regrets. It's a beautiful roof - excellent and professional job. Great price too. We quoted 2 other roofers and their price was the best. The project lead was very thorough, patient and professional. I asked a million questions before during & after and was answered satisfactorily an clearly every time. So glad we went w/ Metro Roofing. Kudos to Service Magic too on a great recommendation!

We asked three different companies referred by service magic to assess our leaky roof and give us estimates. They were all prompt and all found most of the problem and all were near in price so it was a little hard to choose. We choose Metro because they discovered all of the problems, and detailed how they would repair them. They were the only ones who did this in writing, in the form of a repair checklist and contract. Although they were the highest quote, they were the most thorough. When they came the next day to do the repair, they were also professional and tidy. Thank you for referring us to them. I would highly recommend them .

The roof itself seems fine and I am happy with the finished product. However, they took two weeks to install and left my yard a mess. I am still stepping on nails around my pool. They left scrapes all around my house, an extension hanging off the back of my house, materials like rolls of nails and plywood in my driveway, and left stuff on the roof. I paid them because the owner personally assured me he would be returning later that day to finish cleaning up, but I never heard from them again.
