We had an old hot water solar system removed and they did a quality job. Every piece of equipment was removed including the 5 extremely large panels on the roof. and 2 120 gallon storage tanks. They did an excellent job, hauled everything away and cleaned up afterward.

They gave us an honest quote that they stuck to, no hidden cost. We needed an old solar system removed from our home which they evaluated the system and agreed it needed to be removed. They were quick, curtious and clean. Can't ask for more.

They charged me $20,000 to install a solar storage tank. The system was poorly designed so one of the pumps failed several times. They would not warranty the pump or the installation and wanted to charge me another $2,300 to fix their design mistake. I fixed it myself at no cost and got the pump warrantied, which they said they could not do. Dave may have a lot of experience, but don't expect him to stand behind his work.

"Its unfortunate that (consumer name withheld per their request) chose this venue to express his dissatisfaction. His system was in poor condition when we 1st took on the project over a year ago. He and another solar contractor had incorrectly set up the system years ago and it has had many many service problems. Not only did we install a new custom stainless steel solar storage tank but we redesigned the entire heating system. His new redesigned system has been working flawlessly for over a year and (consumer name withheld per their request) was extremely happy with it. We even discounted the original costs for him just so he would get system running correctly. The problem arose when he started having problems with his existing hot tub. His old hot tub started to leak and unbeknown to us Tony decided to pour in a liquid stop leak as a cheap quick solution. We would NEVER NEVER recommend this as a fix as there are heat exchangers and pumps down line from the hot tub! He also had an original flow / piping issue with the heating tie-in and again we solved this problem and Tony mentioned that the spa heating loop had never worked better. When his spa started having problems we had offered to work with him on the quote ($2,300 which was also discounted) to totally replumb the incorrect original spa loop plumbing but he declined and has since decided to attack us on Social Media. We have no control over a client taking this route. We take great pride in what we do and stand behind all of our work as we have for over 35 years. Our track record speaks for itself on this site and others. Also, we have had a consistent A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau since we have been in business. Dave and Kyle were great. We had an emergency issue on a weekend that was tended to quickly. Follow up service was scheduled, the guys were great, the job well done, and the price was fair. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I was impressed with the employees and their knowledge and expertise. I used this company after a bad storm. They worked well with me and the insurance company. The schedule was easy to work around and the repair was timely. I would recommend them to others. I also liked that their work is warranted. I have had no issues with return phone calls or email communications. There is a reason they have been in business for many years.

They were very knowledgable and spent the time to educate us on a somewhat complex set up. They were also prompt, got the work done, and gave good suggestions. One thing is the price was on the high side of average. Overall we were very pleased with them.

The work actually done was to remove the solar panels so the roof could be re-shingled and then to reinstall the panels on the new roof. The work was done efficiently and neatly. The technicians checked to be certain everything was working properly. Dave and his personnel were patient with the time required for the roofing to be completed, a couple of weeks of snow which finally melted and the final inspection before they could re-install the panels. Good job.

Have used them in the past and they didn,t completely fill the system with glycol. This time they added new glycol for only half the system and re-used old glycol for the other half rather than replace all with fresh glycol. Increased pressure in system this time but system still not running efficently.

"My techs always try and save our clients on service cost. If used glycol tests out OK (which is what they test for) then no need to replace fluid. Techs go through quite a bit of training so they are albe to work on most any system that comes our way. Consequently they are paid well for they're expertise. If you are experiencing problems with your system please call our office."

I had a 30-year old inoperative solar hot water system that needed removal. Dave called me back within 2 hours and offered to come out the next day and remove the whole system at a reasonable price. When I described the system over the phone he knew exactly what type of system it was, even though it was decades old. That's a man who knows his trade. I strongly echo the other positive ratings on this site and highly recommend this company.
