MetroTech Mechanical LLC contacted me the same within hours of my request. A technician was at my house that afternoon to do the work. The technician was great. The only concern was that it took longer than expected and cost more than I anticipated, but the part needed was hard to find since the house is 30 years old. I would definitely use the company again. An added bonus, the technician called the next morning to make sure everything was still working correctly.

installers do not have proper equipment or parts with them had to come back to finish the installation very unprofessional

Chad Elliott was excellent--my water heater had been off for 17 yrs--he flushed it out, filled it up, fired it up and I had hot water in 15 mins. Also replaced 2 toilet filler valves after 17 yrs. I could not be happier.

Great job with install. Brian was courteous, prompt, and very competent. Will use again. Only gave 4 stars because it is too soon to know if any problems might arise.

Bo is a great guy he stayed on top of my process and made me feel very important. I haven't had good follow ups and service in years !!!!!!! Metro Tech is the best by far !!!!!!!

Even though scheduled appointment times were frequently changed,they constantly communicated the changes in a timely manner.

I want everyone reading this survey , to know , It took only a few minutes when I placed a request on the internet for MetroTech to call regarding my request. They came out the same day and had their Technician Josh take care of my aircondition needs. He was so nice and pleasent and curtious. I needed the whole a/c replaced. He took care of everything in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the service. Everyone from Bo (the contact man ) to the ductman man was wonderful. I worked with Bo on replacing my hvac system. He gave me a fair quote from the get go. Knowing I was getting multiple quotes, he asked me to let him know if someone beat it so they would have a chance to earn my business. I appreciate companies wanting my business! He also answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The two servicemen who put in the unit were both courteous as well! I'm thankful to have heat again!

They were timely and professional and were able to help me schedule additional repairs that I did not notice.

Best Price, Prompt, and followed up with everything I asked for. Personally chose the units I wanted and they matched or beat all others. Would recommend use them for a estimate, I'm sure you'll appreciate their honesty. Other HVAC companies, in our area, sought to take advantage, with escalated prices, and promises they could not honor.

We needed a grinder pump installed and new sewer line installed. On this job I contacted 3 companies and set 3 appointments.. Metro was the only one that was on time. The appt. was at 9:00 am and they were at my driveway at 8:45 am. The other companies drifted in and out at their own convenience .....Metro was not the lowest offer however, they were in line with what other neighbors paid.. This company operates with very high standards for service and I would give a 5 star recommendation to anyone.
