Steve was nearly impossible to get a hold of, and failed to show on 2 occasions. He was very unprofessional when he did come to our house. We would never hire him again. Since then, we have hired Urbanex, and have been incredibly happy with their service.

You will be making a HUGE mistake if you hire this guy. He wanted the money up front and said he would return to finish the job. Not only did he NOT return but he failed to answer the phone. I left a number of messages on his phone and he never called me back, NEVER called me back. I urge anyone considering hiring this guy to save yourself money and to get you rodent problem corrected DON'T spend a second considering this guy. Do yourself a HUGE favor by NOT hiring this guy.

Pat did not do what he said he did. He charged for a warranty He charged an exorbitant fee and then could not be reached. He took payment for work not done and could not be reached after. Insisted on a check made to him personally instead of the company. I am surprised home advisors has continued to recommend the individual given the reviews.

Pat responded quickly and was very knowledgeable. He came two days ago and treated our property for rats. Time will tell if it was a success, and I may want to update my ratings in a couple of weeks, after he returns for a follow-up visit.

First< this is Metro West Wildlife of Hudson, not to be confused with a similarly named company in Framingham, MA. I have a small animal ,possibly many, behind a bedroom wall. "Pat" came our and constructed a bat door. he promised to contact me within 2-3 weeks to remove the door and seal the entry point. Upon not hearing from him, I called him. He did not anser his phone and took over a week to call back. We set up an appointment for him to return and complete the job. He never showed up. I called and got a message that he will not be back until after Christmas. Bottom line is,he took my $775 and failed to do the job. I would not hire him again, nor recommend him to others.

I wasted $200. Pat came out and used a HaveaHeart trap and put down deterrent and said the skunk would not come back. A week later it dug back in under the porch. He said it was a groundhog, which it was not. He then said he would come and put fencing into the ground, but when I bought the fencing myself, he canceled and said he would come the next day. It never happened. I am back to square 1 with $200 less in my pocket.

Do not hire this company. He came to my house and was suppose to come back it's being 3 weeks he has yet to show up. Called left several messages he doesn't return them or answer calls. Took my $250 and never returned. Do not hire this guy. I will be filing a complain with BBB. I need my money back.

I called back after three days as instructed by the owner to remove a skunk from my basement and Pat never returned my call and it's been almost three weeks and the skunk is still in my basement! I am disappointed and furious that he took my money and I can't access my basement!

This experience was the worst I have ever encountered. His original quote was $250., when he got to the house hu increased the quote to $975. and wanted payment up front. He stayed for about an hour, left and cashed the check. The work was not completed as there we're still rodents in the house. He patched a few holes in the foundation and did not set out any traps or poison. When I called him to return, it took over 2 weeks to get back. His reasons were, truck in shop, daughters birthday party, being in the hospital and he was busy. Needless to say the work was never done. I hired another exterminator who arrived on time, did the work, charged me less than half the cost and the problem is now solved. I would not recommend him for any work at all!!!
