We hired Dave for both a pre-drywall and a final inspection on our new-build home. He was courteous, timely, and very patient with us. He took the time to answer all of our questions and explain both what he was looking for as an inspector as well as what we should expect as a response from our builder. So, 13 years ago I hired Dave to do an inspection of my home that was being built he sent me a meticulously detailed report showing me pictures of issues he found that were brought up with the builder. Now 13 years later I'm selling the house so I called Dave to do a pre inspection and again he gave me a meticulously detailed report showing me pictures of issues he discovered. I can't say enough good things about him the detail in his reports is amazing. I recommend him to anyone that asked.

Dave is very professional and very thorough. He showed up on time and was ready to go. He walked me through the house and educated me on the things he was seeing and his recommended actions to mitigate any items he deemed necessary to address. Easy to work with

I hired Metrolina Inspection Services to inspect the townhome I contracted to purchase. I was present during the entire home inspection. After his thorough inspection, Mr. Hahn walked me through the home and pointed out the minor and major defects found. He was very patient and took the time to explain the items of concern. The report was completed and accessible online within 2 days, as promised. I was very impressed with Mr. Hahn?s written home inspection report. It consisted of a 19-page comprehensive report including color photos, as well as a 6-page Report Summary highlighting items of interest and the recommendations to correct, repair, or replace. Most definitely, Metrolina Inspection Services surpassed my expectations.

The complaint I have is lack of communication. Also, the contract said we would get results in 3 bus. days, but there was a problem with that. When we didn't get the results by Friday evening he said it would be Sunday morning. We didn't get the report until I called him 6 days (Monday) after the inspection. We really need the report within the 3 days. I would recommed him since he is a small business owner, but was not please with the length of time it took to get the report.
