Steve and his crew were awesome. They did a great job for a tiny budget and tiny yard. I can't believe we have a pool!

Steve and his crew were great!! I got an amazing outside oasis that was carefully thought out and planned. I got superior workmanship and outstanding customer service. Steve was my sounding board for many ideas and together we chose a superior product that fit both my landscape and my budget beautifully.

Steve and his crew worked very hard to install our fiberglass pool. Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful anytime we had questions about the process. He was available via text which was extremely helpful when I needed to ask a quick question but didn't have time to call. Due to the size and steps in our pool the crew had to come out several times to get the sand filled under all of the spaces. Each time they were called back they worked extra hard to make it right and didn't leave until I was satisfied with the job. Great communication and great prices!

Steve and George did a wonderful job. We had multiple vendors come to our house. We chose Metroplex Pools because Steve was upfront about billing, knew the codes and was responsive to our questions. Steve followed up, yet was patient with us throughout our discernment. Steve invited us to other builds in our area and introduced us to the Metroplex staff. While the installation was expedient, George and his son were kind and familial. They were very respectful of our pets and children. We have a smaller yard (25 x 30, with a lot of slope) and we were able to get a pool that suits us and our six children well. The decking is beautiful as is the work quaility is unsurpassed. I would honestly do it all over again with Metroplex Pools.

I love my fiberglass pool. Steve and his crew did a great job, even though there were delays with permits from the city. It looks beautiful and was q good price. I highly recommend this company.

We absolutely love our beautiful new fiberglass pool from Metroplex Pools! Even after our super soggy spring weather, they managed to complete the job in a timely and professional manner. The deck is an absolutely gorgeous addition to our backyard oasis as well. Thank you Steve!

Metroplex Pools gave us a great pool at a good price. George and his crew took extreme care to install our pool in difficult weather and soil conditions and he ensured all work was done with no shortcuts. We are very happy with the attention to detail and the overall look of our pool. We are still learning the systems and how to ensure it stays looking and working like new. The few issues we have had since they finished a few days ago are were with electronic materials that are installed, but not made by Metroplex Pools , but with each issue, Steve and George are readily available to fix it.

I had a great experience Metroplex Pools. Steve was efficient and willing to work with me to achieve exactly what I wanted. He was fair and open with his pricing (going over every element and what it would cost, how I could save money and ideas which could cost less but still look great) and every question, concern or change I raised, he actioned immediately (eg. I moved the water feature location AFTER he installed the primary pipe). He and his team made great suggestions about how to make the pool even better than I originally conceptualized. It wasn't just about the pool, but the entire environment. Steve and his team took on an dry-rotted, algae filled above ground pool, massive boulders, a bright red deck with a giant tree growing through the middle of it and a concrete porch and shower which had been left unfinished. I now have a flowing, MATCHING, stunning backyard. The pool is beautiful, it looks exactly like what I wanted and it was done in the timeframe I requested (which was no small feat!). Finally, he took care of the small details without being asked (eg making sure a pool cleaner came multiple times to clean up the pool after the concrete work was done and after the landscaping was finished). Overall, it just made it a great experience! I would highly recommend Steve and his crew to anyone seeking a high quality pool and install experience.
