About us
Metropolitan Home Inspections has been in business for over 20 years. We inspect every property as if we were buying it, which means we are very detailed. We are members of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and an affiliate member of DMAR (Denver Metro Association of Realtors) of which we were the Affiliate of the year in 2010. Our reports are presented to you in a three ring binder, which includes a Homeowners Handbook, supplemental information in the care of the home, digital photos of the emergency shutoffs for electrical, gas and water. We also include photos of the heating system, sewer cleanout, electrical panel and report on any issue that may impact health, safety or security. Our fee also includes any future correspondence regarding possible renovations or additions to the property. We do not have add charges, such as walking on the roof or entering a crawlspace. We take pride in our service and our report reflects it.
