Metropolitan Construction Services

I had an estimate done and then waited more than six months to schedule the work. A new estimator provided me with a more detailed estimate but advised there may be additional cost due to condition of plywood that would not be revealed until shingles were removed. I understood but was a little apprehensive that the cost would balloon. I was shown video footage of the underlying damage and the additional cost was reasonable. The warranty coverage is excellent. The crew seemed to make efficient use of their time and removed all debris.

A new shingle roof and guttering was install quickly and professionally. Great value. A month later a small guttering problem was discovered and repaired the next day. Well Done!!!

LIKE THE QUOTE. THEY WERE THE LOWES OF THE 3 ESTIMATED I RECEIVED. THEY SUCH A GOOD JOB, MY NEIGHBOR HIRED THEM ON THE SPOT TO DO THEIR ROOF.

Definitely let them give you a quote. They were the cheapest option that offered good warranties for us. Easy to work with.

Knoledgeable experianced Came for the rstimate when they said (a little early Camr to fo thr work in three datys Arrived on time, introfuced themselves and went right to work. Did the work throughly and quickly, maintained an orderly work site and vleaned up immediately. Work looks great and the leak was stopped

Scheduling system needs some work, otherwise did a good job!

Guys, What's with all the questions so soon? Do you think these contractors perform miracles? They just did the job yesterday and I am looking forward to the rain today to see if there are any leaks.

I had a need to have my roof replaced and had 7 contractors submit proposals. I hired Metropolitan Construction Services to do the work based on price, past performance, experience, and other factors. Metropolitan Construction Services also had the lowest price. This company was very professional and did an outstanding job. The work was done in a professional manner and completed on time. I had prior experience with this company before and they have always been top notch, honest, and reasonable. They also respond and resolve issues and concerns quickly. The company also provides video footage of the work performed. I consider this company to be a first class organization.

Very professional. They did great work. I liked everything about them.

Outstanding customer service and quality of work. We will employ this contractor for any future roof related repairs, replacement or other related improvements. Highly recommended!!

They sent me before and after videos of the roof repair job - which I think is an great business model - especially for roofs (where you can't actually see the finished product without climbing up a ladder).

Metropolitan made the low bid on replacing a flat roof. I chose them and have had no reason to think it was a bad decision. They appeared and completed the work (which turned out to be more complicated than they expected) in a timely fashion and never mentioned a change in fee. They cleaned up thoroughly and basically did everything one would want/expect of a contractor. The office staff is helpful, alert and on top of things at all times. Totally recommended.

Very professional

Work was done immediately after the estimate and I did not have to be home; great advantage of being a working single Mother.

Its hard to rate for a roofing repair. I kind of need to see a major storm to tell whether or not my particular problem is corrected. However their work is guaranteed for 5 years. They seemed to be reputable and professional. Dealing through email and they were very responsive. Seemed to be reachable at all hours through email.

They did exactly what they said they would and warned me beforehand that some unexpected work may be required-and it was. The job they did was worth the extra price. The workman were excellent and the cleanup was so good you cannot tell there was any debris on the ground. I would hire them again and probably will.

I am very please with their work. They were very professional.

The entire experience with Metro was outstanding. A rep came to inspect my roof, provided explicit details regarding problems with my roof. As well, provided a video so we could see first-hand the areas that required repair. Showed up on time to install new roof. They protected all of my property, Very respectful and friendly and all about getting the job done. The job was completed in one day, and the clean-up fantastic. Lastly, the price was right within my budget. They provided us with a video of the newly installed roof which was great! Outstanding! I would recommend to anyone.

Great working with the estimator. The repairs were done well and I would hire them again.

The service and quality are great, but it is too pricy. We have to cut half of job we originally asked for.

The gutter work was ok but I has also hired them to replace the exterior trim on my house and in my opinion the trim work was not professionally performed (sloppy work) and because of this I would not recommend them to do any trim work. Furthermore, the salesperson promised me, several times, to supply me with some answers to my questions regarding their sloppy trim work but after several followup phone calls and a personal meeting with him, he eventually ignored me all together. I eventually gave up. I suppose like anything else, once they have your money you can forget it.

Very straight forward and fair. Would hire them again.

Superb workmanship. Perfect replacement. Roof looks fantastic. Price of job was very competitive.

The workers were prompt, pleasant and cleaned up all debris before leaving.
