Shingles job 4.5 from 5 , but framing repair is terrible. Sistering rafters is easy part , when I pointed on another unperfection Mark answered :� NO , imposible to fix , you have to reframe whole roof� ..Now, I have new shingles on unleveled roof , one side 4� higher then another , and this is noticeable ! Guess what �? I fixed it myself over weekend , cut nails , jacked roof up and shimmed rafters .It took me 4 hours alone. Big question , Why Mark didn�t do it ? Alex G

Best contractor experience I've ever had. Mark, the company president, called me daily to inform me of the status of previously scheduled work. Due to the amount of damage from hurricane Sandy, he needed to prioritize work and asked if he could start the house roof and then return for the garage and gutters. He kept me informed at all stages of the process and was able to complete everything. Work was perfect, clean up was thorough. Everything you could ask for. I have additional work that I would like to start in the spring and this is definitely the company that will have first consideration.

Metropolitan Renovations did work on my 18 family building with flat roofin Elizabeth. I had a lot of problems with leaks all over the roof. Mark came to my building soon after I filled out the Service Magic form. After few days we agreed on the price of the repairs. Work was started soon as the weather permited. Workmenship, Quality of material he used was supirior. After the roof was done we had 4 or 5 times of heavy rain with no leaks anywhere. Mark was the only contractor to actually come out to the house. He gave us a reasonable estimate, returned to complete the work, and did a great job. Will use again if we need additional roof repair.

Very knowlegable about the work he performed

This team, headed by Mark, is extremely professional and hard working. They tore off old shigles, old plywood and replaced the entire 1850 square feet roof in one day. Next day, they cleaned up the front and back yard around the house and left it in A-1 shape. Very polite and courtious team which was very important for us as we dealt with several contractors before. I highly recommend the "Metropolitan Renovations, Inc" an we intend to use them again for other house maintenance job in the near future..

Even though my problem was with a leaking Air conditioner instead of the roof Mark helped stop the leak.until I could get an air conditioner repair company in.
