This is the third time I have had issues with appliances, he comes in..on a very timely manner and has discovered and fixed the problems...I have used other technicians and have never been impressed with their expertise as with him. Also he services multiple manufacturers that others do not.

These guys showed up as said, diagnosed the problem and corrected it all within 5 minutes of arriving. These guys are a breath of fresh air amongst the other appliance repair company's I have dealt with. I will recommend them highly and always call them if their service is ever needed again. Keep up the great work!

What a pleasure to deal with Metropolitan Services for a dual fuel range repair and a refrigerator repair. From the initial contact by phone to set up an appointment in a very short time, Daniel could not have been more professional. He knows his business. He immediately knew what was wrong with my 15 year old Thermador range. He ran a couple of tests to confirm his diagnosis. He repaired the refrigerator on the spot. He quoted a price for the parts for the range and ordered them. He left me with a working range. He and Jacob returned with the needed parts and completed the repair quickly.
