"I am very sad and disappointed to hear this. You were a pleasure to work for and this is the first I have heard of any of this. This install was done over three months ago. As any seasoned fence installer would agree, irrigation lines are not marked by any utility location company and I always tell homeowners we will do our best to avoid them and hand dig where necessary but there's no guarantee they would not be hit. The line that was hit, we told you about immediately, left exposed and marked the ground with paint for you to get it repaired by an irrigation company. It was the 3rd post from the corner on the east side of your house as documented to you. I promise you that we did not throw any "pipe" in your neighbors yard. Irrigation is black PVC and not a hard pipe. Also, this is not how we practice business. Furthermore, we installed the fence on your property line with a 2 inch setback as requested, therefore we could not have damaged your neighbors irrigation line. When you say the "panels" in any frame of reference, we do not install panels. We stick build each of our fences as you pointed out since we had missed a couple nails. Which I will admit that we did however we came right back out and put a few missing nails in the boards. I assure you when we left, we have pictures to prove it, that there was not one post leaning in or out. Each and every post was level and plum exactly how it is supposed to be. As I have said, it's been over 3 months since you're install so I'm not sure what happened between now and then but that is not how we left the fence that was installed. Our last correspondence with you was that you were happy with the end product and you submitted payment with no hesitation whatsoever. With the "gap" on the SW side of your property that you are referencing, your ground has a big dip in the terrain. We explained to you we rather follow the terrain or keep it straight along the top. You chose to keep it straight along the top which is why we backfilled and we offered to (at no charge) for you since we had machinery. Your neighbor was already disgruntled that you were moving in and immediately installing a fence. You conveyed that to us so I'm not sure if he has some sort of a issue due to you putting up a fence in general. The neighbor came and expressed that to us also as we were installing. As for your other neighbor we had replaced and repaired a part of his fence as well to make sure there were no gaps between the two fences or when connecting them. We put you on the calendar after moving other jobs out further to ensure you had your fence prior to you moving into your new home. We worked around the seller moving out in regards to making sure your material was there prior to us arriving. It seems like the neighbor problems you are having may have to do with the way you installed your fence in regards to the timing. Typically customers give neighbors a common courtesy to let them know you are installing a fence and in your situation, you did not. That is your choice however, that may be be what's causing strife with your neighbors. I truly did appreciate your business and I just want to express how unfair this review is. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and I never want to have an unhappy customer. I assure you, if any of these issues that you are supposedly having had anything to do with labor and the actual install craftsmanship, I would've came out immediately and fixed it for you at no charge at all. A negative review three months plus after the fact does nothing but tries to tarnish our reputation that we work so hard for. I feel it is very one sided and unjustified that you went straight to social media and did not come to me and try to let me fix any mistakes we may or may not have made. I understand if you are upset for one reason or another but to blatantly put out false accusations is very unethical. We wish you the best."
"(name withheld per customer request) are wonderful customers to work for. I thoroughly enjoyed completing this job for them. I also look forward to the possible upcoming bathroom remodel."
