Mex Fencing

Ramiro stole $3,500 from me. He came and quoted me on a bathroom remodel because he said he did remodel in the winter since he installed fences in the summer. He asked for half of the quote upfront, which was $3,500, so he could buy materials. He came up with excuses as to why he could not come at least 3 times before finally starting the tear-out. He worked maybe a total of 6 hours over 2 weeks. He took my toilet out and did not cap the line and water leaked from my bathroom into my kitchen right through a light fixture. When he continued to come up with excuses we told him he needs to finish the bathroom or give us our money back. He promised he would finish and then he came back one more day while we were at work and texted that he could not finish the bathroom. He never delivered any of the materials he supposedly bought and took off with our money never to be heard from again. I hired an attorney and then COVID hit and courts closed. He is a liar artist. I ended up spending more than 3 times what I had originally planned on spending to fix the damage he caused and have my bathroom done the right way by someone who actually knew what they were doing. I do not know how people like that can sleep at night.

Everything seemed fine until it came time to schedule the work. After a few agreed dates were missed I was asked for a deposit to cover materials. To me, this was a good sign, that work would start... so I paid 50% of the estimate on the day it was requested. Workers never showed up, I simply asked for a feasible date, not something in a rush or anything like that, promised another date to complete the work, in hindsight, they made a different excuse each time and despite being personable on the phone, have failed to return my deposit, even though they offered to and have stopped responding to texts, phone calls and emails. Buyers beware! I am the easiest person to work with and have extended every courtesy before writing this cautionary review.

Do not hire this company. They took money and never completed the work. Now they don t respond to calls and text messages.

Lack of communication. Not holding to time scheduling. Does not contact you if time changes.

Crew was very nice and professional came to work and finished the job in a day...have already recommended them to everyone I know...fence looks fantastic
