Painting or Staining - Small Projects
Cabinet paint started out fine but now it is chipping already for four months and he never finished two shelves. Backyard awning roof was supposed to be professionally done and angled to allow snow and rain to slide off instead it was flat and one piece tore off due to wind, causing a very dangerous situation with hanging sharp metal edges. I had to get on a ladder myself to remove it because he refused to come and fix it front porch was not complete either. It was supposed to have matching paint with the house and it looks terrible with screws sticking out. We have numerous times for a written contract and receipt for the work done which she also refused to give us we paid $500 bank draft in cash for the rest.
