The company was not able to resolve the problem, which I still have, yet charged me for a service call. Would think that the company would not do this in lieu of not being able to satisfy the customer. But I suppose it is, what it is. If a customer came in my store and did not see anything they wanted, I would not charge them to leave the store.

Very responsive. Easy to talk to. Knows his stuff, but can talk so a "non-tech" can understand. Got us up and running very quickly, and very patient as we are going through the "fine-tuning" process. I can definitely recommend this contractor.
