It was refreshing to see a husband and wife team working together. Each supported and respected the other. Both are true craftsman with excellent attention to detail. I had them stain my fence (320 feet both sides), the deck on my house (40x20 feet), my front porch (4x30 feet) and a steel double swing drive way gate. Everything came out beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone interested in a quality paint job at a very fair price.

They are easy to work with and are attentive to their clients questions and clients changes in the job. They are friendly and easy to work with. They are extremly knowlegabel about paint etc. and working on trim and siding. They work hard and long. I would hire them again.

Gabriel was on time for the estimate and every day they worked. His price was very competitive and the finished work proved I had picked the best of three painters that came. He and Sonia are a dynamic team! When I changed the work order he smiled and adjusted accordingly. They took pride in every aspect of the job they did. In return I have pride in our new home! I highly recommend them. I will definitely call on them again as I have a reputation for changing my wall colors fairly often! 😋

Gabriel and Sonia are very dedicated to fulfilling their client's requests and will go out of their way to do so. They are diligent and careful as they go about their work. Also, they make sure to apprise the client in a timely manner as the job progresses. I would hire them again if I have need of an efficient, dedicated contractor.

Agreed to pay Mi Casa $17,000 to have the interior (including repair of visible flaws in the walls/ceiling) of our house painted. We discussed problem areas and more specifically discussed the ceiling in our kitchen. Mi Casa at no time said that it could not be done, in fact stated, that they would re-do any areas that we were not satisfied with at the end of the job. When Mi Casa felt that they had completed the job, we were unhappy with the kitchen ceiling flaw that was still very visible. We were told now that this was apparently too much work and that they had done all they could do. Enormous amount of pressure to pay off the contracted amount even after insisting that we would prefer to inspect the job in the daytime instead of the evening hours (8pm) when they asked us to do our inspection. We relented and paid them the balance just to get them to leave. Inspected the work the following morning and found the kitchen ceiling flaws were still very visible and number of items had been left unfinished. When we complained about the kitchen ceiling, Mi Casa did not even try resolving the issue, instead decided to repaint the ceiling; which did absolutely nothing. They stated that they were not going to do any more work with all the issues we had expressed that were unfinished. They also refused to re-do areas that we were unhappy with as well. We kept our word and paid Mi Casa what they asked, but were beyond disappointed that they did not keep their word. Also, be cautious when dealing w/ both contractor and his wife Sonia, they both become extremely aggressive and unprofessional when wanting their payment, not willing to discuss any of his unfinished work. Specifically, his wife Sonia without knowing the situation, attacked my wife, raising her voice and stating that my wife had a bad attitude . Sonia has a nasty temper, does NOT know how to communicate properly with paying customers and is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional in every way. I would say it is definitely a question of integrity and honesty on the part of Mi Casa contractors.

They ere prompt. They did exactly as we asked them to with speed and care. They cleaned up everything.. I would recommend them to everyone.

We wanted to sell our home and wanted to get it on the market quickly. We decided to not paint the exterior because everyone we called was busy or super expensive and we didn't want to delay. Mi Casa was referred to us through a professional contact of our Realtor. Gabriel and Sonia came out the day we called to look at our home. They gave me a quote on the spot that was reasonable and, knowing we were in a rush, were able to squeeze us in immediately. They were amazing, hardworking and lived up to their word. We had them pressure wash, scrape & caulk, remove downspouts, paint three colors (two coats) and clean up the job site in less than two weeks of receiving the quote. The job they did was fantastic and the home looks phenomenal. They were great at communicating with us throughout the entire process. I don't normally write reviews but in this case, I will gladly make an exception and will definitely use them in the future. They do more than painting and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in other ways as well.

Hired Mi Casa / Gabriel and Sonia to paint our 2 story home. The work is of high quality and was the best price. They are very courteous as well as hard workers, they have done the best job possible. Communication is great. Definitely the ones to hire for your next project. I have nothing but praise for the work done. Will save as a favorite for future projects
