Engaged Miami First Remodeling as general contractor for new construction in Pinecrest. 4,200 sq ft, two stories, pool, summer kitchen, smart home wiring. They coordinated architectural, engineering, permitting, and all trades. Project closed 4% over original budget which is acceptable given two owner-initiated change orders mid-build. Our kitchen hadn't been touched since the house was built in 1998. Dark cherry cabinets, tile counter with a forest green border (don't ask), dropped ceiling with fluorescent lighting. A mess. We went to the Miami First showroom honestly four or five times. The design team was unbelievably patient through every revision - and there were a LOT. White shaker, then off-white, then back to white. Calacatta quartz, then a different calacatta, then we wanted to look at marble. Each time they'd redo the renderings without complaint. The final result is everything I hoped for. Oversized island with seating for four, pendant lights, undercabinet lighting, hidden trash drawer (life-changing). My husband actually cooks now which is its own miracle. If you're considering a kitchen remodel in Miami, just go to their showroom first. You'll see the difference!!

Got a quote from three companies for our guest bathroom - Miami First wasn't the cheapest but it wasn't the most expensive either. What sold me was Eduardo didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. He actually said "you don't need to redo the plumbing, just refinish the tub and switch the vanity, you'll save $4k." Who does that lol. Bathroom turned out beautiful, finished in 9 working days, came in on budget. Doing the kitchen with them next year. I totally recommend Eduardo, felt like he gave the most comprehensive appointment out of the other companies that came out. Having tips on future plans was quite insightful.

We had a flood in our kitchen and had to replace everything. Gil and his team were incredible. Customer service was amazing. Our kitchen looks so wonderful it is like I live in a different house.
