Got a quote from three companies for our guest bathroom - Miami First wasn't the cheapest but it wasn't the most expensive either. What sold me was Eduardo didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. He actually said "you don't need to redo the plumbing, just refinish the tub and switch the vanity, you'll save $4k." Who does that lol. Bathroom turned out beautiful, finished in 9 working days, came in on budget. Doing the kitchen with them next year.
