My first experience with this business was with Carlos, I had him out for an estimate on replacing the blower motor on my old unit. Carlos determined the motor for that unit was not available in the state and the cost was going to be about 25% of the cost of a new unit, my old unit was 13 years old. Carlos said he could make another motor work but would not recommend it, his honesty was what made be decide to go with Micah Dean. This was Friday and they were able to install the new unit the next day. The whole experience was professional and on time

After reviewing many estimates, Micah Dean earned our business. Our first & highest estimate started @ $28K. The second estimate was $18K, OUCH!!! Finally had an estimate for $8500. Then, I received a text 6:30 Sunday a.m. Micah Dean was $7300 for the same system as the others. After reviewing our house size, we increased our ton & Seer2 size for not much more. Unlike other estimates, there was no hard sell, upcharges, scare tactics. Signed on Monday & had a new system Tuesday afternoon. I did heavy research and cost comparisons on several units. What I chose and the efficiency of the unit works perfect. Micah Dean is a BBB member with an A+ and there were so many reviews, all 5 star! The other lower estimate had no reviews, which is suspect. Micah Dean spent time with us, answered all our questions, listened to concerns and ideas and sold us what we wanted, not what they could make more money on. They also have a non-profit they fund from their sales.

He is always been able to accommodate myself and my clients with pricing and service. He is an invaluable asset for my ability to offer options to my clients. I originally went looking to place some insulation in my attic due to my high electric bill. Had a couple of companies come out. Micah Dean was one of them. Just for insulation, they came in at a lower price. After some conversation, I was sent two estimates. One for insulation, one for a new HVAC system. During the course of our conversation, I had told them the age of my HVAC unit. Thinking that they were nudging me towards an HVAC unit, I called and spoke with Brad. To be honest, it was a great conversation. I went from frustrated to grateful. I truly feel that he had my best interest at heart. I had a 20 year-old unit that was just trying to keep up and after inspection, I had probably a few months left. I would have paid $2,400 for the insulation, and in the heat of summer would have lost my AC. That would’ve been a hefty emergency bill for a new one. I was given a great price for a new unit, they set me up for installation quickly. The guys came in and had it done in a few hours. (Thank you David and Jessie) No stress, no mess. I haven’t had to use the unit yet, not quite hot enough. But I have faith that I made the right choice. If you’re looking for insulation and or an HVAC unit, look no further. I still plan on doing some insulation, maybe in several months or next year. I will use Micah Dean.

I recently researched AC companies for a new 4 ton AC unit.. I got estimates from 3 companies who had many excellent reviews on Nextdoor as well as Yelp that sold Trane and Goodman. After leaving several messages with AC companies, Brad at Micah was the first to return my call. That was the beginning of a great experience. He was prompt, professional, and quick to answer any questions I had. In addition, his price was very competitive, his warranties were exceptional, and he had great financing available.
