No Mice since. Pointed out home repairs that needed to be done to eliminate the problem as well.

They came a second time without charge when notified that I still had mice. It helped, but I still have mice in my house.

There have been more mice droppings since the visit. I need someone to come back before our November visit to put more trap boxes around the house. Not enough was done to prevent more mice or get rid of the ones there. Please come back immediately.

We rec. 5 bait trays, no outside check included everything was, 2 much for what you get.

I told Matt that I was moving and that I needed the one time treatment with attention to one specific entry point and that needed remediation. He said they could do that for $195. When the tech came out he didnâ t inspect the inside for the entry point. He threw a bunch of bait up in the utility room and sump pump area and then went outside to give me an estimate. Their goal is for you to pay the 1 year guarantee for $2000. When I called them about this, Patrick said Matt would call me. He never called back.

I only used them to clean up the basement since we had already mouse-proofed the house using a different firm that didn't offer cleaning. They did a great job cleaning

Awesome professional crew. What they used was bringing out and killing the mice. I won’t know for a while if the work they did plugging up the access points around the house worked. We will see this winter. It is guaranteed. They were a little expensive but if it works it will be worth it

I recommend Mice Mob very highly. Other exterminators try to sell you a service package that never really solves the problem, so you'll pay forever. These guys find the holes and fix the problem. Very worth the price!

The Mice Mob crew was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. I highly recommend them. We had them treat for mice inside our house and also close any tiny gaps in the exterior of our house. They matched the caulk to our paint and did the entire house. They did an excellent job and were very nice. I feel confident that I won't see any mice, but if I do, I know they will come back to take care of it.

We are still seeing live mice during the treatment period. It has a 30 day guarantee and we did it 20 days ago. I called them on the 4th, knowing it was a holiday I was expecting to leave a voicemail or get an emergency service. Instead, the owner answers the phone, I tell him what is going on and I get the response of "well, we're closed today and tomorrow due to the holiday so yes we're answering the phones but we have no trucks out." I don't get the response of let me schedule you asap to come look at the problem. I had to TELL HIM I want somebody to come out because we have a 30 day guarantee. He then said they would just call me on Thursday to figure something out. Couldn't even give me an appointment. Whenever I have called and talked to the owner of this company, he has been rude. I am completely unsatisfied with this company and regret giving them any of my money for this service. I had to contact a more reliable company to come take care of my mice issue. Nobody wants to ever see a mouse in there home, ESPECIALLY after doing a poisonous treatment that should have gotten rid of all of them and nobody should ever be treated the way that I was when they guaranteed their services.
