MichClean Powerwash

We are extremely pleased with the work done. In addition to the siding on the house looking new, Ben cleaned the driveway, retaining walls and walkways. He was thorough and made sure everything was done to our specifications before he left. The price was very reasonable. All in all, a great job, we highly recommend him, and will be using his services again.

WOW!!! Ben did an amazing job! Whole house exterior was pressure washed and the deck looks brand new! Great customer service, he went the extra mile to make sure everything looked great and I was pleased. I will definitely have MichClean do more work for me in the future.

The power washing was just passable. In the process he knocked off a screen and left it laying on the ground - when he cleaned the cement of my front porch, the porch looked good but in doing so he splashed all sorts of dirt back up on the siding and he left the dirt there. I do not know how but now the trim work holding my soffit in place over my front roof peak is now loose and the soffit pieces are all loose so I now have to call roofer to come and fix that.

Just had the deck power washed so far. Good job. Have to wait a while before he stains the deck, as it is still so wet this month I'm afraid.

The siding turned out as expected but the concrete and stone was a nice surprise. Good as new. Customer service was the best, he made sure I was satisfied with the whole job.

I had mold and mildew on the north side of my home and was moving fast. So after talking with a few power washers I decided to try Michclean. I was not impressed and probably not rehire. In the past I hired guys who hand brushed areas they could not get to or could not get a spot out. They also helped to put back chairs and tables and helped put back a piece of trim that may have come off as an extra courtesy which I like and adds extra points for them. While Michclean got the house looking much better, I still had to clean spots and mold he could not get off with the hose, replace trim that was blown off and put back the furniture and tables on the deck. I like the little extra's that take little time to do and hand cleaning certain area's they can't reach with the hose should be part of the service. The price was okay but service not so much.

Even though two photos were provided before his arrival MichClean Powerwash did not supply all necessary tools to complete the job.
