Michael offered two time slots to work on my possible clogged/kinked hose problem and I let him pick. He decided to come to my apartment at 9:00 am on Saturday, August 5, which is today, but never showed up. I texted and called him for half an hour, to no available. He could at least let me know if he could not make it. Absolutely unprofessional.

Mike did two jobs for us, a toilet install and fixed a shower that was leaking water in the bathroom below. He was prompt, flexible, nice, knowledgeable and his rate was a great value!! I also appreciate that he didn't upcharge me for work like some do. He easily could have told us that we had a broken pipe in the wall and ripped out the ceiling, etc. Instead he started with the cheapest and least intrusive option, which worked fine. He saved us money for sure. I recommend him 100%!
