I would consider myself a perfectionist with an engineering background, armed with years of experience doing a wide range of home improvement projects including plumbing and HVAC repairs in my lifetime. In being so, it can be burdensome to hire any contractor for a home improvement project knowing full well the expectations are extremely high. When I first met Michael, I could tell from the outset of our conversations he loves what he does, and approaches each job with the goal of getting it right the first time. He and his team are highly motivated, and their pre-work surveying approach is methodical, which bodes well for job success. I hired him to convert an oil based home heating and hot water system to natural gas. Michael took what I would describe as a ‘rat’s nest’ of plumbing in a rental home we purchased for our daughter, and simplified with a reliable system that looks quite elegant after the install. Knowing I can find defects in anyone’s work, my opinion is that Michael is excellent, smart, and his work reflects that of a perfectionist who is proud of each job. He gives everyone the effort as if it was his own home being worked. Guys like Michael are hard to find these days. I would recommend him again, and again.

I needed my hot water heater replaced. Mike answered all my questions in detail and explained pros and cons of different systems available with me. He was knowledgeable and my husband and I felt comfortable hiring him. Mike and his son arrived pretty much on time and apologized for being a few minutes later than expected. They introduced themselves and got right to work; they went over what needed to be done after looking over everything. They finished the job in about two hours and went over in detail what they had to do and why in terms that was easy to understand. They were professional and did not leave anything behind to clean up; you would not even know they were there. Amazingly, my two dogs, who are very protective of me and our home, were comfortable with them without having to be bribed with a treat. I recommend hiring them if their service is what you are looking for.

I needed an expansion tank put on my water line. Mike was quick to respond to and didnt make me feel pressured and wasn't trying to rip me off. He came by and looked, went got the parts and installed the expansion tank. The entire process was very smooth and not painful and most of all quick! Thank you so much!

My mom's home had a pipe burst and we contacted Mike's office for a emergency water heater installation. He was very friendly, quick to show up the same day for us, and the installation was done with perfection and efficiency. We had chaos and he was our positive resolution.
