The work that Michael Pallone of Michael James installations did stay set, so we still have a problem of the shower door not being functional. He did not return calls, when I did reach him, he set a time to come by to look at the problem last Monday. He never showed up to fix it, and has not returned calls regarding the no show for a week now. At this point, I'm ready to file a complaint.

He installed shower as disscused and he was supposed to instal additional piece in small bathroom as soon as we were done with our project. We paide him in full for both projects and he never returned our numerous calls and never finished project . We are very disapointed and and would never reffer him to anybody .

Mr. James saved me over $200. After checking the shower door he informed me that a new door was unnecessary. Instead he realigned the door and replaced the magnet that secures it. Total cost? $20!!
