He tries to do a good job, but his cleaning personnel changed from week to week. Each week we had to "re-train" the cleaners on what to clean. We never had a complaint about the work of any of his cleaners, When we hired him we told him that consistency of staff was important to us.

They were on time, friendly, hard working, and took care of the issues I had. They did a thorough job of cleaning the house, they cleaned all the gutters, swept out the garages, and pressure washed the house, and was well worth the money.

Don't always expect for him to show up when he makes commitment. One helper was excellent.

Michael is pleasant and professional. He is up front regarding what can be done and explains honest expectations. He removed the debris in the gutters and downspouts without going on the roof. I have made arrangements with Michael for regular periodic maintenance of the gutters and downspouts to keep them clear. He also power washed the exterior of the house without using harsh chemicals. I am very pleased.

We have had Mike Nason Services doing our maid service once every two weeks for the last 8 months. We moved to The Villages 3 years ago, and have gone through three different maid service companies. The changes were due to sloppiness, unfriendliness, poor reliability. Mike and his company are all things those words don't represent. His desire to have your house as clean as his, is obvious. He always arrives with a happy smile and asks if there is anything different to consider in this weeks cleaning. His prices also are less than any of the companies we no longer us. I would gladly recommend his company to anyone.

I was going to use them to clean up after a big project but never got to do the project. Michael was so nice and so understanding that I would definitely use him if needed.
