Great service from this company. Fast service and skillful technician. The R410A was $85 per pound installed, which is high considering the wholesale cost for it, which is $4 to $8 per pound wholesale. Huge mark-up for R410A, plus I paid a labor fee on top of that. Quite pricey on the material, however, the tech was very knowledgeable and quick with repairs.

The representatives from this business were very professional and knowledgeable. They displayed empathy for my concerns and needs. I felt as though they were honest and did not try to force a sale on me. The quality of the work was very good as well as the clean up when the installation was completed.

My house has two air conditioning units-- one was older and it failed on a hot Florida day. Michael Pollitt Air Conditioning crew came out that afternoon, diagnosed the problem and indicated that this older unit needed to be replaced. I got an immediate quote and the unit was installed in one morning. The crew was courteous, knowledgeable, worked diligently, and cleaned up after themselves. No hidden costs, excellent work, a new quality unit (I can feel the difference the new unit makes in my house temperature). I rate this company 5 stars for high quality work and product. HIghly recommended.

We needed an HVAC licensed company to connect our mini-split. They came out the same day, the communication was very good, and the two installers were knowledgeable and skilled. This is a no BS company. Our backdoor neighbor asked for a referral, which we gave with no hesitation. We live within yards of our neighbor, and would not refer if we were not 100% pleased.
