After a recommendation via Angi, we received an in-person quote with several options, and the work we choose to have done was completed at the same visit. Their technician, Porfirio Argueta was a fantastic professional! I would recommend Michael & Son for your project needs and will most likely be hiring them again for my next project.

Once we determined what he could do of the jobs I needed to be done, which was to fix a leaky faucet, he hooked the hot/cold up backward. I did not realize it until after he had left, so I had to wait a week for him to return and fix it. Jeez, had ONE job!

Fast scheduling, sent text msgs for every step - Tech departing, arrival, estimate generated and final payment received. Tech showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it - all within the hour.

So far so good. I was contacted early the next day and an appointment was made for the same afternoon (today). The man who came was very professional and explained clearly what we needed to do to resolve the problem. He went to get materials and came back about an hour later and is here doing the job. If there are now no gas leaks I will be satisfied.

Michael & Son would not fix the water heater itself, but they fixed all the attachments to our water heater. They worked quickly, but the problem with the water heater persisted after they attempted their fix.

Please do not hire this company. I paid over 500.00 for four 3 way switches re-wired. There were no material costs and took him less than 1.5 hrs. There was no quote and the tech did not send a receipt. I called customer service next day to discuss bill and no return call. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
