I pay monthly to be a gold member, which they state that members get emergency services. I called on a Sunday about water backing up into my tubs and toilets overflowing. The best they could do was schedule me for Tuesday from 1pm-3pm. So much for gold member treatment. Tuesday come and no one shows up! I have missed a day of work and have to stay in a hotel because I can not have my family in a house without facilities. They call at 10pm saying they are on the way. ARE YOU SERIOUS?

I've called michael and sons for several plumbing issues and they were very good. Shae, Patrick, Albert and Jonathan were excellent technicians and id recommend them all highly My only issue is that there were a few occasions where i didn't get called back on jobs when there was difficulty diagnosing problem

This company provided excellent service for a variety of plumbing projects needed when we bought our home. We do not, however, like the flat rate fee schedule, and prefer an hourly rate.

These guys are actual professionals running a real business. They arrive on time and take steps to protect your property. On their first visit they helped me figure out a solution to my problem, something that had eluded two other so-called pros. They came back three days later and solved the problem for a reasonable price. I suggest you contact them directly if you need electrical work. They are professionals, as opposed to the clowns Angi has sent me previously

Did a great job love the heat pump thanks for a great job

They were vary friendly and professional. Got in touch with me quickly. The technician was able to fix the problem while he was here. He also recommended a customer package when I told him about other projects I needed done. I will definitely be calling them again for other projects I have.

The service technician responded very quickly, was thourogh and explained everything. I was pleased.

Showed up on time and seemed knowledgeable, we talked and I explained I used to be in the business before becoming disabled; talked about technicians missing the boat with loose electrical wiring and that I used to train my guys by making electrical problems. Funny thing is the technician missed a loose connection and I didn't have heat again the very next day and had to call him back, never should have happened especially since we just talked about it. I would have done the work myslef but can't due to disability.
