If you are in the Triad area of North Carolina ask for Tony. He is amazing He placed a surge protector on the electrical box and hung a. Antique ceiling chandelier that is 124 years old. He converted the recessed box and went to work. He explained what he was doing and was very determined and focused to get it right. Very pleasant man. Always ask for Tony

The workers themselves are very pleasant and nice but the company over charges, doesnâ  t respond to emails. Takes advantage of their customers at every turn. Not impressed.

Great service at the end. People who came out they took care of business. Glad everything is fixed.

They phoned me the morning of the service and canceled because they did not want to follow the code nor the engineer requirements and add any sort of return vent from the crawl. They were only interested in a supply. The manager said he would call, and never did. They said they would refund my deposit. Awaiting the refund. Disappointing.

Just my personal opinion but they charge higher prices than same smaller servicer providers.

Called and ask if they could come earlier than expected. yay! Very courteous. Followed all covid precaution.

Made appointment onw week in advance and although they sent notes and reminders for me, they did not show up on time and did not call to revise time even though I called twice to check on them . Yhere only response was that they were running late, Customer service is non-existent. I cancelled because if they were running that late at previous job, I became concerned how long it would take to do my plumbing tasks.. Did not seem overly concerned that I was cancelling . Very disappointing. Trying a different [lumber from close by who because of their TV advertising, R>J>Tilley

We can think of no other organization to hire for not only a whole house generator install, but we would recommend them for any electrical job you happen to have around the house. This is a great company to do business with. Patrick came after hours on Friday afternoon and fixed a complex problem with a leak under my kitchen. He was excellent. You can't go wrong if you use Patrick of Michael and Sons.
