Service plumber came to see the problem wanted to charge over $2,000 dollars for a job that based on a second plumber wasn't required. I asked the technician to stop the project, paid $235.00 for his time. I had a second plumber came and the repair costed me $340.00 including labor and parts. I would not recommend this company.

Hired them when I was new to my home and didn’t really know how my a/c thermostats Work as there are 2 separate systems for the top and bottom floor. Technician was very knowledgeable and taught me about my own home, fixed my problem right away and made suggestion for better equipment.

I was told that a part was broken on my faucet. I was at work during the time but when I saw the screw that was replaced (when I called a 2nd time for the still leaking faucet), I was very irate. I paid $228 for a part that looked like it would cost $3 or $4 at Walmart, and the guy took about 15 minutes to fix it. They said that they would have the manager call me back and no one ever called. The guy that came out said that is standard payment that they have in the system for a job even a small as replacing a screw looking part. I feel as though I could have gotten a much fairer price from another company. Check first to see exactly what they're doing before you give the okay on the work.

I had a plumbing emergency today and Michael & Son came to my rescue. My outdoor faucet would not stop pouring out water. Scott arrived about an hour after i called the company. He was friendly and knowledgeable, with 13years of plumbing experience. Very happy with my service. Quick and painless.
