Concrete Driveways & Floors Installation
Mike Spires Concrete 12835 Attrill Rd Jacksonville, FL 32258-2387 was paid in full for the job he completed for me. Mike Spires has failed to pay a sub-contractor, CEMEX Construction Materials Florida, LLC. Under Florida's Construction Lien Law, a Lien has been placed on my property for the amout owed CEMEX by Mr. Spires in the amount of $4893.52. The work was top notch however this action UNACCEPTABLE. Action pending. DO NOT USE.

Mike was very pleasant and easy to work with. He was patient and helpful when I had a difficult time making a design decision. His price was reasonable, the job was done on schedule and they cleaned up everything. He and his crew did a great job!
