Extremely thorough, positive, friendly. Was able to come up with a quote that was less than the parts online. Included some installation that I needed help with. Allowed me to do some of the work myself. He did all the work that I needed, guided, coached me. Extremely good experience.

Michael was on time and on budget. He was on the property when he said he would be on the property, showed up for meetings when he said he would show up for the meetings, and could not be any happier with what we got for the value for our money.

Michael was very patient in explaining, what could be a very complicated system. He walked me through the complicated interface with PGE, the billing, the rate plans. It was rather complex, and he simplified everything!
