I had no electricity in certain parts of the house, and I called two other companies first before I found Michael. They said they would be able to come and diagnose the problem in 7-10 days. Michael came right away, found out that the problem was not in my house but outside, helped me call Duke Energy and explain what was going on. The next day he made a follow up call making sure everything in the house worked fine and I didn’t need his services.

I'm extremely satisfied with the work he did at my home along with his kindness in manner, he listened to my needs and exceeded my expectations by far.
